A lighter foundation for a Summer Wedding

I have been kept really busy this year with Bridal make-up. Everyone in the industry are saying this has been the busiest year for weddings in a long time. I bet most of our readers have a wedding to go to this year or a special occasion? I always think it can feel funny to you apply a full make-up to yourself in the daytime, especially in the summer when we hopefully have some warmer weather. The Youngblood Moisture Tint is an ideal product to wear instead of your normal foundation to get radiant skin all day. The lightweight moisturizer does a triple duty: It leaves skin comfortably hydrated, provides sheer, even-toned coverage and shields skin from environmental damage.

Youngblood Moisture Tint boasts plenty of mineral ingredients that act as an extension to your skincare regime. It contains Kiwi extract and vitamin E, antioxidants to fight harmful free-radicals; licorice root extract to calm redness and inflammation; and menthol, which provides a cooling effect.

I am now finding with my Brides that they are wanting their make-up to look fresh faced and as natural as possible. To achieve this look I was using the Youngblood Liquid Foundation as it has a light feel to it and also gives good coverage. I have recently been trying the new Youngblood Moisture Tint and everyone loves it! It is so light on the skin you don’t need to worry about wearing something on your skin in the warm weather. It gives a youthful look to the skin and lasts well. It does not have as much coverage as the Liquid foundation or the loose or pressed mineral foundation but for those you just need to even out the skin tone and get a radiant look to the skin it is ideal.

Until next time,

Claire x

Arch the Perfect Brow with Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics Brow Artiste

Filed under: Get the Look, Uncategorized — Tags: , , — admin @ 8:32 am

Creating the perfect brow is easier than ever with the Brow Artiste Kit. Simply follow the new handy guide available in each kit!

  • Start by tweezing away stray eyebrow hairs to follow the natural shape of the eye.
  • After tweezing, brush hairs up with the spoolie end of the eyebrow brush. Then, using your ring finger, pull up gently at the highest point of the brow.
  • Now, gently shade colour into the brow with the slanted end of the brush. Use the lighter colour shade to outline the brow, and the darker shade to fill in.
  • Set stray hairs in place by applying a touch of wax through brows with the spoolie end of the brush.
  • Step back, look in the mirror. Absolutely perfect!
